The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:·

‍Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:·

- You have registered for an UKPHA Bookclub event

- Send you Newsletters informing you of upcoming events and activities
- Register you for Bookclub events use webinar software

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on our own servers.   When you subscribe to our email newsletter we  will keep the personal information specified until you unsubscribe. Each newsletter gives you the option to unsubscribe. When you unsubscribe  we will  dispose of your information by deleting information from our servers.
